Naked Man

Fainted great silence in heavy barrels of moonlight;
A hovering still the air strains its eyes;
A flash deep in huge shadows - steps softly off the pavement;

The black press into a hundred mile journey;
Shadows of a great man twisted into a fainted square;

In a fraction of a second;
He comes closer to “forgive me”/“I apologize”;
The night breeze rides the curvature of his body.
